Strong enough to be considered the 'brother' of Thor. Oneshot Terminus, who has tanked attacks from Thor

I am not the only who sees what's wrong here, right? The first justification is more than fine for High 6-C (albeit I never liked putting him at High 6-C, but eh). So this should be removed. Also, Terminus is one of the most op Thor villains (in 4-B tier), no way in hell on shotting him would grant High 6-C.

Yeah. The Terminus thing should be moved to 4-B and the brother of Thor is like, super suspect as a scaling reasoning.
