Wang Wei: New Quasi-Emperor Key

Decided to just mix Quasi-Emperor and Supreme together, since Quasi-Emperor doesn't stay for that long anyways;

Anyways, here's the sandbox;

Just check the new Key, everything else has already been accepted. Altho it's a bit of an old sandbox, so if you notice anything weird, just tell me.

What are the important stuff in the new key​

• Added "likely 2-B" rating, due to being superior to a guy who could generate enough force to destroy countless Middle Thousand Worlds, which are accepted as 2-C here. However it is a bit dubious and could be figuratively or smth, although the next key does do a 2-B/2-A feat, so I think it could count as a likely, at least.
• His Laws and stuff have finally become Dao (Type 1), instead of just a few abilities having Daos, kinda everything he does is part of his Dao now.
• His domain is now passive, affecting everything in a trillion kilometer.
• Cthulhu is somehow in the verse.
• His speed is infinite, period. He absorbed his Incarnations, which were the reason why he had infinite rating in the previous keys.
• Some stuff I'm dubious about, such as Supernatural Willpower and Madness Resist, as well his Resistance Section in general.
• Supergenius rating (kinda did this every key, but oh well) is kinda weird as well, since WW simulated/perceived infinite possibilities, but could likely be not literal. But the verse is nuts, so idk.
• Mostly the PnA is important, otherwise everything else is just a repeat of his AP.

Kinda wanted to add Mortal Emperor key as well, but that key (which will be the final one, for this profile at least), is a bit annoying in terms of scaling, and has a bunch of abilities and weird stuff, so I just left it for another CRT.

After Mortal Emperor key, this profile will be renamed to "Wang Wei (Mortal Realm)" (or whatever fits), and another profile will be made; "Wang Wei (Immortal Realm)". Just for the future, in case anyone wanted to know.

Agree but enhanced cm 1 is cm1 only, because laws (concept type 2) has become dao (concept type 1) so there is not enchantment.

He does have other CM1 stuff besides Laws in previous key, but yeah makes sense. It just affects the Laws, so I removed the enhanced part.

Also I'll add "Radiation Manipulation" (?), "Magnetism Manipulation" and maybe "Physics Manipulation", the latter probably already existing in previous keys. Anyways, I'm adding them due to the fact that Ninth Tier cultivators could manipulate the Universe's four fundamental forces (Gravity, Electromagnetism, Weak and Strong Nuclear Force).

Likely Large Size for him since the entire world could see his body after Dharma Body use (if its this type of size increase and not the cultivators just seeing it thanks to their cosmic-range senses).

Scan definitely doesn't say that

Passive Clairvoyance, Law Manipulation, Information Manipulation and Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; Once a cultivator reaches the Supreme Realm, their Domain becomes a passive one, and allow them to see, sense, and control everything within their surrounding trillion kilometers)

This reads less like the domain in its totality is passive, and more just the domain is passively deployed (and he can sense everything in it), but the other stuff still seems relatively thought-based

Likely all of his current abilities (Constantly fights his projection, which has all of his abilities, and it was shown that a Cultivator has resistance to their own abilities)

Personally, I think this should be a solid resistance to all of it

Should just put that in the justification + include the precog thing from his supergenius as a supporting feat

It's a bit weird? Maybe semi-active or whatever comes into contact/close to him gets fate-shticked, since from what I have seen from other Supreme Characters and their domains, well, here are some examples;

Wang Tian's passive domain cutting away anything that comes into contact or close to him, even things he could not percieve;

Unfortunately, nothing happened when the strike reached Wang Tian. He floated in the air in the same place, not a scratch on his clothes. He still had the ethereal and sword-immortal-like atmosphere around him that woe countless women in his generation.


Ji Lanfang sighed, "You cut my speed?"


"I did," replied Wang Tian. Although he could not react to the speed of the attack, he had a passive Domain surrounding him. So, once Ji Lanfang's attack almost reached him, the Domain responded and cut off the latter's speed.

Wang Tian calmly watched the incalculable sword slashes attacking him. The current attacks were beyond his physical senses or his soul sense. However, it did not matter since his passive Domain did its job and slowed once the slashes reached him.

Another one is Xiao Songxi's domain passively eating attacks

And now, Ao Shen's technique brought the darkness hidden deep in his heart, affecting his soul in the process. Xiao Songxi tried using his Swallow Law to remove the power affecting him, but he soon discovered the process was extremely slow.

Ao Shen punched with all his strength, determined to cripple Xiao Songxi while the latter was dealing with the issue of his soul. Unfortunately, Xiao Songxi's passive Domain activated and swallowed most of the force of the attack and directed the rest in different directions.

Heaven Devouring Emperor also shows its effects (Mo Xingyun);

She used Yin-Yang Dao to switch the 'long distance' between her and Mo Xingyun to a 'short distance,' traveling at an incomprehensible speed. Furthermore, she used her Fire Dao to burn the distance between the two.

With these two techniques superimposed on each other, her speed reached beyond her strength.

Huo Fenghuang's objective was to bypass Mo Xingyun's swallowing power and the latter's response time or reflex. And in some ways, she succeeded. The Heaven-Devouring Emperor could not react to the latter's attack.

Sadly, he did not need to respond. As a Quasi-Emperor, his Saint's Domain has become passive. So, the punch did touch his face as the power of Devour naturally appeared and swallowed the sheer force behind it.

So it feels more like, he can sense everything that is happening in his domain (which is always active), and those that actually try to do anything to him/attack him just get stopped in their track, or, well, get fate shticked automatically without him doing anything.

Personally, I think this should be a solid resistance to all of it

I don't mind making it a solid one, especially since we know his defenses were always far superior to his offense
