but the LS relies on him having those abilities
so if you remove those abilities then LS will have to be removed too

Having a universe inside yourself doesn't qualify as embodying it, which means AE Type 2 goes. But, since that Universe has stars, galaxies, and what not inside of it, it would still count as having Immeasurable LS since your moving your body.
