I will need to recheck Marine's episodes to make sure. But from my notes, unfortunately, this doesn't seem to scale to anyone else, because none of the other characters have ever defeated or fought Marine before.

Ame's announcement is just Hololive's offer to Coco, but this time it's an official announcement. It's not really a graduation (to me atleast), because she is still considered as a talent. It's a completely new thing, pioneering a third option besides termination and graduation.
