Niji-EN's management being terrible? Shocked Pikachu face. Its quite obvious that Zaion is fishing for sympathy with how she worded her explanation and she does accept that she was in the wrong and that her termination was justified. But if only half of that she claims is true than Nijisanji needs to seriously audit not only their talents better, but their staff members too. Its disgusting that a manager could escalate things to such an extend, clearly intent on pushing her out of the company.
 
I appreciate Zaion going over every single bullet point that Nijisanji listed on her termination in detail, and talking about her perspective. I also like that she takes responsibility for her mistakes and doesn't try to avoid the parts that are clearly her fault. And the last bit with her cat does push into "fishing for sympathy and feels".

However! This paints a very interesting and grim picture of what happened. The complete lack of support, help, understanding and communication is baffling. "Breaks" being excuses for stealth suspensions is confirmed. Nijisanji forces talents to lie about what they do. Management is a joke and handles things as poorly as humanly possible. (Seriously, a two-week-old manager for an entire 6-member generation? That's ridiculous. HoloMyth had 3 managers for 5 people).
Genshin, FFXIV, self-DMCA, no financial help, borderline witch-hunting behavior... Truly appalling.

I already saw that on GameFAQs, while it's all on the benefits (Hololive also has it's cons for the merch shennanigans), this thing doesn't looks good a tall
 
It's Maximilian Dood, he'll try out any and all fighting games. Hell he even turned into a full weeb back in like 2016 when they were playing that one SEGA fighting game that had Kirito in it.
