There are a few other errors; Fllflourine and UniteMyRice/Golden Void aren't blocked anymore after Sera's outing got exposed. Also, Shields isn't blocked by the looks of it but they deleted their own account again.

I think red named accounts are accounts automatically made for people when we did the forum migration, who have not logged into it since.
And Human Resources are the people that deal with Staff drama/problems. If you have issues with a Staffmember, youre going to the HR department. That is, to prevent public drama

What does "block" means exactly? Like get blocked from wiki? No more access to them? And what is difference between "block" and "banned". And what is red color meaning? (Don't tell me it is human resources cuz I saw many members without the badge or retired staff and human resources)

I couldn't find anything on Kav's block log. Ryukama and SD had mostly 1 day bans or even if they were banned, they were unbanned the same day, so it won't change anything even if I put it there.
