It had the potential to be the most unique and creative adaptation of arthurian legend since Saber from Fate however it fell from grace hard with the sus fanservice, retcons, both the Demon King as well as the Supreme Deity being wasted and worst of all Escanor got done dirty in the end.

It doesn't help the "balance" between the (mainly romantic) sub-plots and the main storyline was all over the place.

Overall I don't think any franchise has burned me out more than NNT 7DS is low-key the better abbreviation and using both localized and original language acronyms for verse page names on the search bar is stupid in my opinion but that's another pet peeve for another day.

Tl;dr It's unique artsytle and interpretation of a popular real life legend drew people in but as it got more popular, the quality dropped and it squandered many opportunities to reach greatness. The awful anime adaptation from S3 onwards was just the cherry on top of this disaster.
 
Hyper specific thing but- originally having a scaling chain of characters with a lot of calcs to supplement it like this-

Daniel heats up a pond (329 tons), and matched David, who was trounced by Dominic, who equaled Danger Daniel, who melted a statue (1.1 kilotons), and was afraid of facing Damian, who made a big hole (8.6 kilotons), and beat Dark David who was equal to Danger Daniel, but Damian lost to Danger Daniel after being Doped, who later fought Demon David, who also made a big hole (42.5 kilotons), and got curb stomped by Diego, who was Destiny's subordinate, and Destiny matched Double Doped Danger Daniel and Dark Demon David, who were equal to each other, at the same time (>85 kilotons)

And then a calc at the bottom gets recalc'd to be 200 times higher and suddenly the scaling is reduced to-

Daniel flash boils a lake (65.8 kilotons)- scales to Goddamn Everyone
Destiny is >>>>>>131.6 kilotons for matching Darkest Demon David and Double Doped Danger Daniel at the same time

Our One Piece profiles have a big problem with this.

There is a grand total of SEVEN different values for High 6-C. As well as THREE different High 6-C+ values on top of this.

The profiles themselves don't do the best job at actually explaining who scales to what aside from a few characters. Meaning unless you have a really in-depth knowledge of VSW's (Somewhat unintuitive) scaling of the verse, it can be difficult to find out where certain characters scale.

It seems calc stacking and circular scaling go hand in hand with each other, who would've thought?

It's because of stuff like that, why verse supporters will sometimes give different answers on what a character scales to and ofc it only makes them less trustworthy as a consequence.

Agreed, before the conditions on the RVR were made stricter it would often become a peanut gallery and frequently have meme posts (mostly popcorn related) that contributed nothing to the rule violation. Even with the stricter standards, it often becomes a drama and ofc a public spectacle, I try to only comment once on a specific rule violation that have I directly been involved in (usually being one of the posts from the original thread the RV came from) and move on, only returning to the RVR some time afterwards to see what the resolution was.

That said there should be more tact especially when being called out on the RVR is used as a threat by both mods and regs.
 
It's more because the non-staff member's input doesn't contribute anything to thread or everyone else just thinks it isn't necessary, especially if they haven't even asked if they're allowed permission to comment.
Janitors amirite.
