Vriska sues Nintendo for using her music without her permission and demands that she be allowed in Smash. They agree but only if she proves herself worthy by defeating the Mii Fighter in combat.

Basically her only chance, if we add spirits, is probably to mind hax the gunner but even then I don't think that's a go to move for her. Don't remember it being so at least. I know she did it to Terezi but that's because she just wasn't there.
 
She uses it pretty regularly from my memory. She mindhaxes Karkat just for exiting the chat with her and I think even points out that it's the only real way she can get things done in that very conversation.
 
That aside, how much of a chance would she have without them? I want this to be fair after all.

...honestly if she has a killing mindset I can totally see her just getting the gunner to kill himself considering she totally ruined terezi's life by making her blind.
 
I mean, I know for a fact that she doesn't ope with it, but she's perfectly willing to use it. She didn't use it against Jack, The Black King, any of the Imps and Ogres she fought, etc. It's not a go-to off the bat, but it's definitely on the table.
