Vinsmoke Family profile consideration

In the most recent chapter of One Piece, we see the end result of Sanji vs Yonji and then go on to see Sanji face off against his father.

I'll get to the point: The Vinsmokes are presented to be much weaker than Sanji and this is why:

1) When we see Yonji again, it appears as though a single strike to the head was enough to defeat him. He clearly took massive damage from the hit and needed medical care to fix it

2) Jajji Vinsmoke dueled Sanji, and although he was capable enough to keep pace with Sanji, it is clear that he was outmatched physically and even his direct blows dealt almost no damage to Sanji at all.

I'll be making profiles of the Vinsmokes whenever given permission, but I'd like to ask the opinions from everyone interested: given that Sanji is City level, should the tiers be set up as:

Jajji Vinsmoke: At least 7-C, Higher with Raid Suit (his attacks dealt practically no damage to Sanji, but he was able to shrug off a couple of his kicks with some difficulty--however, it was primarily due to his Raid suit)

Reiju Vinsmoke: At least 7-C, Higher with Raid Suit (Featless, but should be comparable to Jajji Vinsmoke and superior to Yonji)

Yonji Vinsmoke: Likely 7-C (One-shot by Sanji and needed medical care to repair his head injury)

I do not think that we know enough to scale them properly. Being oneshot in a manga wherein death is usually avoided to be shown on screen, does not really tell us much.

@Ant - Agreed in the case for Yonji, but we do see enough evidence from Jajji/Judge that would suggest that they are EXTREMELY weak. the Raid Suits took damage from Sanji's normal kicks and Judge used seemingly powerful moves and failed to do any actual damage to Sanji.

I'll wait for newer chapters, but I just wanted to bring this topic up since we're actually starting to see where they are in terms of AP and Durability.

I think that we need to see considerably more from them to warrant actual profiles.
