Here's how it works:

Basically, Nadakhan can turn into other people, kind of like how he turned into the Ninja to mae it seem like they were causing trouble in Ninjago, not only that, but another time he desguised as an human with notably orange ski , became 10 cm tall or so and even turned into computer data once.

... HOWEVER, making trasforming him into something else using his own wishes seems to be eternal, ence why he was afraid of getting wished into becoming a human by Jay. That migh be because Jay specifically wanted to wish "him not being a Djinn" or something.

So, I'm not completly if Calypso would transmutate him into something else would work, but if I were to take a guess, probably.

As for the actual battle, Calypso is faster with his hax, so if he BFRs Nadakhan immediately, the latter could win if he decides to re-appear behind Calypso and BFR him instantly (to do that, he says "Banished!"). He would have to re-banish himself without making a portal, and appearing wither directly behind Calypso, or a continet away either to sneak up behind him via sheer teleportation, or maybe hax him from a distance. Wheather Nadakhan would do that completly in character, I'm not toatlly sure, but he tends to spam teleportation a lot.

Otherwise, Calypso would likely take it, thought I'm not voting yet.

Wait a sec, I just noticed that via SBA, they start at 4km of distance.

Because of this and the fact that it's a one-shot war, I suppose that they would try to get near eachother via teleportation.
