Lazuli wasn't just stronger than Vegeta in their first fight; she was also far more skilled in combat and had a body that didn't tire. As far as I'm aware, none of that has changed.
If this is the version of Vegeta I think it is, then being superior to Buu Saga SSJ2 Gohan is also >>> toying with Semi-Perfect Cell
