Vegeta has no way to do huge damage to Bec, his space manipulation and his intangibility protects him from almost all attacks of ki (he just has to do like with the bullets that Jade had shot at him).
Bec also has his teleportation to take the advantage as well as his reach which is superior to that of Vegeta.
My vote is for Bec.
