Ok, so who wins? Vegeta can use his SSJ and SSJ2 forms obviously, Vegeta can't destroy the Planet to win (Not that he would) Speed is also equalized for obvious reasons

Vegeta (Buu Arc) vs Riku (Kingdom Hearts 2)

I would give it to riku since he has a massive speed advantage and with his dark shield he can block any of vegetas ranged attacks so even tho vegeta has the flight advantage it won't matter since riku can block all of his attacks so vegeta would have to get in close so in close rang in terms of skill i would give it to vegeta but riku also carries the power advantage here and with mftl reactions as well i can't see how vegeta can get a hit in that is assuming riku just does not blitz vegeta from the start and kill him
