Well hold on now, does Kevin have a means of victory? Like does he have High 1-C hax to match his resistances? If he can't incap or kill Vecna then this would be a stomp.

Yes, he has many High 1-C haxes which includes Spatial Manipulation and Quantum Manipulation. On top of this, each one of his attack is full of Honkai Energy, which would corrupt Vecna's Mind, Soul and whole being with the Honkai. The only thing that gets him is the Precog, otherwise he had multiple ways of winning.

However, this is a match with multiple rounds which, if I'm not wrong, wont be added anyways. So we can vote if we want but it wont really change anything.

Yeah, basically. However, I suggest you to make a CTR to add Precog to his first key too. Keeping it only on his second key causes a lot of confusion, and this way the profile will be more clear for possible future matches.

Kevin Spartial Manip isn't combat applicable, it only allow him to rip space that connect to Sea of Quanta, and he not even use it in character when it come to a direct fight, Quantum Manip is not his first move either. He always going straight for a brute fight with ice manip or swing his Shamash for most of the time.
But again many of the hax depend on if the honkai energy can hit or not, so if Vecna can have a mean to keep the energy from making contact with him he is fine
