I'm sorry but this has been bothering me. His conceptual manipulation is legit but the reasoning should be changed to "can harm purely abstract beings like The Raven Quee"

I disagreed with the changes. The justification sounds at best as Non-Physical Interaction that affect Abstract Existence (Type 1); this statement is coming from the person who made the Non-Physical Interaction page.

It's pretty much exactly that. Even low-level adventurers can interact with Outsiders, who have Type 1 Abstract Existence.

Concept Manip comes from being thoughts and concepts themselves, physically being that which they are the patron of. Vecna is the god of secrets- he physically is that concept.
