Black Hole and Sub Space are allowed correct? I still need to give them power null because they negated Knives Dimensional Slashing attacks. I'll vote on this later.

As long as they come from guns, they're allowed. Just like Bayo's Bazillions is allowed.

Ah gotcha. Think I'll go inconclusive here, Vash likely outclasses her in terms of Marksmanship but Bayo likely has the edge in CQC. Both have very dangerous weapons Bayo with her Bazillions and Vash with his Black Hole Bullets but I'd give the edge to Vash in that category seeing as how said Black Hole can negate long ranged attacks like her bazillions, destroy on an atomic level and even somehow manage to BFR these also have a massive amount of AoE as they can cover 300 feet and Vash spams them. His automatic Angel Arms will also help him here, they'll activate subconsciously in order to protect Vash from damage. Also said Bullets rounds can also let him teleport as when he teleported to Knives with them. So yeah Inconclusive, both can kill each other and rather easily at that.
