Because mostly of his feat and calcs are just MHS/MHS+
And Relativistic should be for the wings only. Also, the Wings blocked a Full Charged Angel Arm? I thought they only blocked a Uncharged one.

He destroyed a city in somewhere in the first 3 or 4 episodes of the anime, which I believe the 7-B key is for the anime. I haven't watched it in years so I apologize that I couldn't pin point it.

Also, how does the Angel Arm boost his Durability?
Did he was in the epicenter in the manga? If not, he should be "At least Country level", and leave "Multi-Continent" for Angel Wings
