But Broly is not Bio-Broly. They are two different characters. One is the Saiyan and the other one is a clone.

Maybe, the reason why Xeno Goku has a profile is that he has shown enough differencies from his other versions, but Xeno Broly is extremely similar to the normal Broly profile in terms of personality and manner, sans that he is SS4 and is a 2-B Time Break. I remember we actually had his page as the SS4 Broly profile that we deleted in the past.

I don't know about that. It depends if the staff think it's okay or not.

Although personally I'm not sure if it's necessary because it would mean we would have to do a page for every "Xeno" character from Heroes.

I agree with Dark, Kep and Prom, we don't need a new page for him since he's not really that different from the regular Broly. I'm neutral regarding adding keys, but could see it I suppose, with the new "non-canon" ruling not too long ago.

Talking about the Dragon Ball Heroes characters, is there a reason as to why no one made a page for them or just lack of based evidence to put them in this wiki?
