using krusty krab weight I got 3056748780780 Joules or 730 tons, Multi-City Block level
This may be an Outlier for the cast, this is higher than the invincibubble feats and those are meant to be way stronger than the spongebob cast, so it makes no sense for Plankton to tank it.
This should scale to neptune though

Plank-TON's kick was causal and Burger Bread didn't even get a scraatch after the hit/landing(so they upscale from this feat).
Speaking of Burger Beard he has another potentionally impressive I mention before in this thread: Him getting punched from the other side of island to his ship(which was away from the coast), shaking it upon landing.
There's also Patrick creating very briefly creating/undoing a strom a few minutes before Plank-TON's kick

Question: would Neptune far upscales the crew even in their Super forms or just the base? Him being God of the sea shouldn't be a bluff I mean aside the Flying Dutchman, He also created storm based feats at some point.

Well his storms are much much smaller; same goes for the Flying Dutchman himself too. Ghostboy could have a pretty impressive: he created a storm in the middle of 3 underwater islands(the Dutchman Triangle) that potentialy extented to 2 of those.
Neptune got sent flying over the horizion by some type of kraken, so did its kid. His carrige travels fast enough it disappears far way team rocket style. The dutchman pull off something simular.
Also we don't see Neptune or The Dutchman ever interact with The Page or things created by it; BUT Neptune could potentionally be scaled as he was portayed stronger than live-action humans like Patchy and Burger Beard scales to the hero forms

He has only one feat calced twice. First time by Psycho and then by Blue with a speed fix; both MCB level
I already mentioned some in my last message before yours, did u even read them? There's also him shaking a museum with his laugher and fighting a Kraken who bursted out of the ground(both of these can be found in videos I already linked in that message). Neptune also deflected several bolts from his trident which could POSSIBLY have simular speed to real lightning as I show earlier he can manipulate clouds and the weather in general(the Flying Dutchman has a simular case). We already have a bunch of hypersonic+ feats and 2-3 sub-relativistic feats from people he upscales so it wouldn't be an outlier.

However, it still is an outlier for the cast since the closest feat they survived was 25 tons, 725 tons is way above that so I think the gap may be too high

I used a new timeframe of 8 meters per second for spongebob speed because spongebob is comparable to sandy who has this speed (she's 20 MPH)

I dunno, but it scaling to the base cast is an outlier.
Plankton got harmed by the 8-A feat so a feat thousands of times done by a far stronger form is a colossal stretch.
In other words, I think this should be the tiering
Base Cast: Main cast AP: Spongebob, Patrick, Plankton, Squidward, etc AP and Durability: Varies. Usually 10-C (Are often portrayed as below average in physical feats). 9-A to 8-B at their peaks (Survived the destruction of Bikini Bottom and volcanic explosions, sometimes comparable to Sandy, who destroyed a large rock, Could survive rocket crashes and comparable to those who can throw moon rocks at relativistic speeds)
Sandy AP: At least 10-C (Is often potrayed as far stronger than the cast), likely 9-A to 8-B (Constantly portrayed as superhuman and was able to fight with large animals, was able to bust a huge rock)
Super forms: TBA (Far stronger than their base selves, comparable to Patrick who could create storms)
Neptune AP: likely TBA (By far the strongest character in all of Bikini Bottom and is "the god of sea", should be superior to the invincibubble forms)

Buger Beard took a hit from Plank-TON(whose superform was potrayed as one of the stronger ones)
We alredy went over them having varies stats SB got hurt by a small building level explsion too. With the logic you're using you remove them getting City Block Level. Also they have more high end feats uncalced

The Flying Dutchman has even more Storm feat. Netpune's trident also created an ice cream geyser that flooded Bikini Bottom despite it not being in the city
