Apparently Jotaro Kujo can fly after his Star Platinum evolved into Star Platinum: The World. I don't if this counts as flying cause it looks like he is flying.

its more like Psuedo flight, abusing the lack of gravity in stopped time

Except in the picture, he was shown flying in a moving time similar to Dio. If Dio can fly using his Stand according to his profile, I don't see why Jotaro can't do the same thing after copying his Stand's power.Iapitus The Impaler said:
