Shinnok due to Attack Potency and Durability (Immortality, Regenerationn, higher being.) Kaguya can't kill him. As i said she will be in a loop...until she rans out of chakra and she is to weak to move..."her chakra is not infinite", TSB would only turn Shinnok's body to dust he can still make a new one...
Kaguya is normally Moon Level and Planet Level with ETSB only
