Isn't Rito Revolto dodging Zedd's FTL lightning a combat/reaction speed feat? Also a quick search on Naruto Forums gave me plenty more Relativistic speed feats.

So I think Rito Revolto and unmorphed Rangers should be Relativistic with FTL combat speed/reactions

Also if you remember, unmophed Ninja Storm Rangers were able to escape laser fire from Luthor's ship. Those lasers were reaching Earth from low Earth orbit in less than a second.
 
Okay. However, take note that they must be able to run at relativistic speeds to get the statistics that you suggested above. Otherwise they should just get combat speed ratings.
 
Okay. Were the calculations accepted by the OBD?
 
Isn't OBD ded? We do have 2 Relativistic combat speed calcs here. Zedd's moon throw and Rita's staff throw
 
Well, did the Narutoforums calculators accept the calculation then?
