After dying a countless number of times, Sans becomes one with death itself. This allows him to become a Shinigami. He uses his new power to try to kill you once and for all. After he successfully kills you, he stays on top of Mount Ebbot and waits for other humans.

Abilities:
Reaper’s Scythe - Long-Range Melee Weapon That Instantly Kills Anything It Touches, Regardless Of HP, DF, Or Power Level.
Death Blaster - A More Powerful Gaster Blaster That Automatically Kills Anything Weaker Than Its User, Regardless Of HP Or DF.
Life Nullification - Prevents Healing Or Abilities That Allow Someone To Come Back To Life Including DETERMINATION.
Bones: Same As Regular Sans.
Teleportation: Same As Before But Can Also Teleport To The Afterlife And From It.
Endless Stamina: No Longer Gets Tired Due To Not Being Tied To The Material Plane Anymore.
Weakness:
Cannot kill what cannot die.
Power Level:
Can destroy an entire AU (including its timelines) but it would take a lot of effort.
