Those quotes are the reason why he has time travel as an ability but i agree he should likely have dimensional travel as well

Unsure about the concept thing as its more likely he means that he would just assist them in their endeavors, then consume the final results

The cho statement is what supports the other statements. Cho'Gath feeds on unknowable nothingness, and tahm says he feeds on things less literal than that. Him feeding on concepts would give him concept manip imo.

He also should have immeasurable speed because he travels there via speed alone.

His abyssal voyage is him traveling back and forth through time and dimensions. Just because it has a name doesnt mean it isnt travel. Otherwise we have to revamp all of DC because of the flash.
