I'm not familiar with Umineko, so I won't comment or vote much here, but how far into 1B is Battler? Because Andrew Swann is super to 6-digit-dimensional beings, as well as a few who see those beings as fiction, including one who is constantly transcending through infinite layers of "narratives", each of which perceives the lower one as fiction. 001 seeing all of those mentioned previously as mere fiction.

Not really sure, but battler reside and control beatrice's golden land which is 13-14D or the cathedral 12-13D (i'm not sure of this). And yes battler too see those below his layer as fiction. And he kind of affect structure of city of books which is 63-64D, but that's too far from the key i'm using (1B).
