Alright, I think it's high time I get this thread up.

...7 months later, I think my proposal here should be clear.
If not, and I'm sure it isn't, I'll clear it up.
Basically I want to simply change King's overall stats to outright Low 2-C, or maybe with an at least before it since the case here is that:
While true, for the most part, we know that he definitely has power of that scale. That being the fact that Belial, someone who is highly knowledgeable regarding even King (apparently), managed to absorb a vast amount of King's essences and causing an imbalance in the universe. By doing so, King was actually in serious danger.
Quoting Zero: "At this rate, the Old Man (King) and the universe are gonna be destroyed."
Apparently, after another check on the scene, the amount Belial absorbed was enough to signal a noticeable amount of decrease of King's energy.
I'm pretty sure that because of that, King should be around at least Low 2-C or something. I don't know how far past baseline, you guys can decide that.
I'm sure there are a couple more characters that can scale from this, via use of an item that holds a small but significant amount of his energy in it. But, as I said, small amount therefore it would only warrant an outright Low 2-C rating.
Characters who scale:
Ultraman Geed (Currently unmade)
Ultraman Zero
Belial
and a couple more, but I'll see if this gets through first.
Aside from the tier change, I'd also like to ask to add a couple more of King's powers.
Those being:
Mind Manipulation and Soul Manipulation (Can transfer the consciousness/soul of others)
Possibly Memory Manipulation or Reality Warping (When the universe was healed, nobody had any recollection of what happened and had resumed life like normal. Also, all the damages done during Crisis Impact was reversed)
Space-Time Manipulation and resistance to them (Reversed the effects of the Space-Time Annihilation Bomb which creates a black hole of sorts that disrupted the entire universe, nearly leading to total destruction)
Immortality (Type 8 if merged with a universe)
However, the weakness stated before still applies; although he has that much power, merging with an entire universe is too much even for him, this will lead to his consciousness being scattered throughout the universe.
For now, I think that's all. Let me know what you think.

- King not only merged with the universe, he was literally the only thing keeping it stable while also healing the entire universe after it was nearly destroyed. The whole duration of this whole thing is 6 years.
