Both have future sight but it's not looking good for Luffy I'll be honest. Luffy can't do anything if he's time stopped or has his soul manipulatee

Actually imma keep you on Luffy, but could you come up with a better reason rather than range? Cause Lucius has 100's of kilometers and 1000's of km with chronoanastasis. Luffy is only tens to hundreds of kilometres

After looking at their profiles, I'm kinda starting to think this is a stomp for these reasons:

1. Lucius' AP is many times higher than Luffy's (356.4 vs higher than 33.6 Exatons. His AP and speed can go even higher with Sacred Power)
2. Has FAR better precognition than Luffy (Lucius can see years ahead into the future of more than twenty thousand alternative worlds compared to Luffy seeing several seconds in the future. Luffy also can't resist precog... yet, I think )
3. Although Luffy does have better range compared to some of his time magic, can't Lucius just, I dunno, FREEZE time and end it there?
