If I'm not mistaken, he couldn't use it on Meliodas' body either because it's a weaker form, but I could be wrong.

He couldn't use it to its full potential because he was fighting Zeldris from the inside, and when he captured Zeldris he was able to use it, which Makain said was because Ban weakened him and he was fighting Zeldris from the inside.

It’s not out of character Meliodas is fighting to reduce the vessel compatibility which makes him unable to use it.
But this matchup isn’t Peliodas and Padara against Pemon King so he should be able to use what is his true magic

Madara has mental attacks in a very extensive layer. he also has no way to fight limbo, even though he is supposedly faster, Madara seeing that he is faster simply immobilizes him with his TK, and limbo 1 shot.

You're talking a gap of 70,254,237.2881. That quite literally is the gap between Baseline 5-B and where the Demon King sits at.
And since when was the Ruler capable of making him stronger because the last time I checked, it's the power of inversion so whatever magic attack that's supposed to hurt him, heals him

The profiles still lack a few things iirc it’s around 15-30 mins in the CBL movie and in the novel Meliodas felt something was off in Makai
