Pretty sure Bowser would use the Star Rod to do the plot manipulation and write an outcome where he would win no matter what. While he cant truely kill Flandre due to her Low Godly Regen, his lifting strength, Stamina, hax, and range should take care. Not to mention, Bowser would just suck up all of Flandres Spell Cards before she could use them. Voting Bowser.
