According to Dreadpool's profile, he even killed Doctor Strange, Thor and Thanos.
Carnage has shown preparation skills, but Dreadpool's preparation skills are just even better than Carnage's. That and he has plot awareness.
He can also bypass his regen using his carbonadium sword.
For these reasons, my vote goes to Dreadpool.

This is redundant
Not only has Dreadpool canonically killed the Silver Surfer who is literally Carnage but better, but he has also already killed beings far stronger then SS such as Thanos.
