Vampire dude via sheer versatility and being safe in his stand, if he fails he can just try it again quite easily. Plus not knowing how his stand works is more dangerous for Okuyasu than for Ice.

? When the word stomp was used I meant it .

Ice is basucally an invisible the hand, except all of it is the hands power , with bigger AOE , can't be touched , sensed or anything . Unless Okuyasu had prior information hed get killed , and even then cream is already on par with the hand physically .

The hand can't touch him , the only way would be to be within melee range of cream when ice pops his head out . But he won't have an idea if what to do , he wouldn't figure that out befire dying . And being within melee range of cream would likely get him killed .
