just looked at this nanashi guys stats. the only thing he has that emps doesnt is nigh-omniscience and thats it.
but that wouldn't help him either way because emps fights people like tzenntch on a daily basis.
and as for attack potency:emps hands down wins.

He's only nigh omniscient in his 1-C form

again,when it comes to the emperor, nigh-omniscients doesnt matter,he fights entites and gods of that calibur and higher,on a daily basis and he is stuck on a life sustaining god couch(the golden throne) for ten thousand years suffering day by day having mind and soul fragmented.and he fights on.ALL THE WHILE BEING A ROTTING CORPSE.
also as stated you must also look at the attck potency. multiversal beings mean nothing to the 40k gods whose lowest is highperverse level and can go up.and they all live outside the concepts of time and sapce and laws of physics.
so the winner is emps.hands down.

Why you put a 6-A VS 4-A? the only thing that will have Nanashi to survive or rolf stomp the Emperor if in this site will make a Profile and analyse better the feats of SMT4:A/F and see someone like Ose, Sukuna-Hikona, Titan, Medusa.
Why? In the case of Medusa is a Eraly Game Boss and she stone 2 Universal angels and before that Nanashi have a fight against Shesha, and UNiversal/Multiversal Snake (and before that he fight Aniel, an Multiversal angel i believe but this is stupid and te very beginin of the game LOL).
