Given that Base Ozai is vastly stronger than 8-B+ characters, so his 8-A rating is "at least baseline" but we don't know how high, and that Soldier Boy has fire and heat resistance, maybe this is doable and not stompy. Although, I don't get why he isn't 9-B in dura like the rest of the cast. I mean, Aang took lighting get on and it's still listed as Wall level.
