So, Henry is gonna have a real hard time harming Solider Boy because the latter has a resistance to Henry's main power being Fire Manipulation due to Oxy-acetylene flame (which can with reach up to 3500°C) being unable to burn his skin

While Henry has no innate resistance to Solider Boy's radiations. If things were to get physical, Solider Boy is slightly stronger and should be far more skilled in hand to hand combat due to military training + being able to overwhelm fighters such as billy butcher who is a former SAS member
