Ummmmm, Ezio's gained his experience from the Apple and Altair, plus, he has precog. And a slight AP advantage (Nothing game-changing tho). And the sheer versatility.

47's inferior experience and versatility get compensated by his superior skills and equipment.

Ezio literally has his knowledge on 47's equipment thanks to the Apple and Altair's efforts. And Ezio compensates for the rest with his precog. He's also got access to armor sets that are way too advanced even for modern-day standards.

I'm pretty sure neither Altair or Ezio have learn to built a custom AMT Hardballer or create a C4 bomb.

Altair literally built an advanced armor set that brushed off hits from the Staff. His Hidden Gun can wittle down war machines to rubble (and had much more firepower than modern-day handguns, for some reason, as seen in the games when Ezio dual-wields), and both used bombs that could blow up large walls and war machines without much trouble. One of Ezio's bombs effortlessly blew up the Chain of Galata, so that section's covered. Altair even made an advanced alloy that was too advanced and rare even for modern times, forcing Assassins to use weaker iron-alloy blades.

Altair even witnessed future events with the Apple and worked on it. The only reason he couldn't create Isu guns is because he started working too late.

This is a tough call. Stefano's not wrong in that 47 has a lot going for him in raw skill. That said, I will lean towards Ezio with high difficulty FRA.

You forgot Stefano's inconclusive. If it counts anyway.

Eh, his weapons wouldn't be much behind in AP, unless 47 went for nukes, but he's too far away from them ATM, since the battle takes place in Central Park. Also, he'd require to be near a nuke to initiate his hacking powers but most likely won't even in bloodlusted situations. He always prefers sneaky kills.
