I hooooope this works

- Doom II Arch-vile can summon any demon within his arsenal, Trevor's Dual Whip Explosion is allowed, he's in his Season 3 self

- Speed is equal

- Starting range is 50 meters

- Both in character, Trevor is sober (lol)

The Belmont: 1 (Stillwinston)

The Demon:

Inconclusive

I changed to Doom II Arch-vile, so the fight can go on

> Archville doesn't have a calc tho

Because he works by scalling

Trevor's gonna have to put in some work to avoid those Fire Blasts and Pillars, but since he's evasive and intelligent I assume he'll be able to at least dodge them for a while, more than enough for him to get a hit in, which is really all he needs to end it thanks to his Dura Negation.

However, the Archvile can summon in a large amount of enemies, including Barons of Hell and Hell Knights, who would pursue and put pressure on Trevor, which will make the fight immensely more difficult, and the Archvile can resurrect those same demons, meaning that it would eventually turn into an endless horde of demonic threats.

The fight boils down to whether or not Trevor can get a solid hit in with the immense amount of pressure the Archvile creates.

I'll vote a bit later, after there's some more discussion

Overwhelming numbers aren't really a problem for him, in the battle of Lindenfeld he destoyed literally tens of flying enemies easily, they were very small, so the exactly same thing will not happen here, but it will be similar, and that's thanks to his Whip

The Castle battle, for reference

Trevor's whip, the Morning Star, can extended for tens of meters and upon any touch against any supernatural being, the whip will:

- Scorch them

- Boil them

- Implode them

- Turn them into ashes and blood

- All while bypassing their durability

He has two of them, and uniting both creates a massive explosion, he also has resistance to Fire aswell

Trevor Belmont Super Attack

Hell Knights and Barons would easily overtake him.Not to mention the archville can summon a marauder, which is 8-B
He even without the whip took on and killed a minotaur, which is bigger than any of those demons and also 9-A

Btw, this is Doom II

The Marauder cannot be summoned by the Archvile, it is from Eternal, this is the Doom II Vile. Furthermore it's 7-C/Low 7-B via equaling the Doomslayer with in strength.

The issue is that there would be a near constant stream of CQC bruisers and Flying enemies with a debuff projectile. While the weaker enemies would be at most a minor annoyance, things like the Baron would be a massive problem, because while they are weaker than Trevor, they're more than strong enough to at least put pressure down, which is the last thing Trevor would need when being blasted by powerful fire magic. And even when he kills them, they'll be coming back in short order so long as the Archvile is around.

His whips would certainly be his most useful tool her for his creativity and the range advantage he has with them, and I don't doubt his ability with them in the slightest. So really it's a time issue, Trevor has to kill the Archvile before it can turn this into "Trevor vs An entire army"

Well, he usually just opens with the Whip and goes straight for the kill

Forgot to mention that he not only resist fire, but he can nullify it with the whip, kinda useful against most demons but against Arch-vile it isn't as his fire magic isn't a projectile based

I'm leaning on Trevor here, he just needs to get one blow in to end Arch-vile and seeing as his opponen blantantly looks like a monster Trevor will go for the whip. Worst case he aoe's the field with dual whip explosion taking Arch-vile and the mooks out with it, the fact his whips negate durability will really help here.
