before the 4th season additions thread, I believe this has to be done
Currently, we have three Castlevania universes in fiction, the main canon games, the Animated Series and the Lords of Shadow stuff (Gabriel Belmont has a profile, just in case you didn't knew), with each one of these verses being completely different from the other in plot, characters and power level, and this, as I can see in the wiki, is enough to give them separate verse pages, being the case with Sonic and Archie Sonic, DBZ and DBGT, many Final Fantasies, you got the idea. This is important, as people well versed in the games may be near clueless about the animated series, and then keep being @'d in threads that they can't really help sometimes
Yes, even plot, I believe Lords of Shadow is no mistery as Gabriel Belmont and the whole verse are unrelated to the classic Castlevania, but the Animated Series needs a deeper explanation. It starts with the Dracula's Curse plot, with Dracula losing his wife to the church/wallachia and basically going "you killed my waifu I take your laifu" vibe, with Trevor Belmont being the current Belmont that needs to stop him with the help of Sypha and Alucard
That's about it, the plot of the rest of the series, starting in Season 2 and going to 3rd and 4th, is completely different and varies from the games at almost 100%, with even the characters having a very different mindset, taking Trevor as example, he starts as a drunk loser, from a family that has no holy properties and don't even fought Dracula for more than 1 or 2 minutes, which COMPLETELY goes against Canon Trevor from the games, described as a honorable and charming man, from a holy family, who nuked poor Dracula with the Vampire Killer, etc, I believe it's clear, the series not only has a confirmed separated timeline, but also has different plot and different characters despite they sharing the same name and (Sometimes) the same appearance
With this in mind, I made a verse page for the series
Not quite, I also believe we should rename the profiles, (Castlevania - Netflix) doesn't seem to be a good name as Netflix is just the host for the series, I suggest (Castlevania Animated Series) or just (Animated Series), similar to how the Castlevania Wiki named them
So the proposal is post a verse page for them and rename the profiles to something that fits the show better
