Transformers General Discussion

Let’s say Starscream upscales from Brawl’s calc. That would make him baseline Low 7-C. 1 kiloton. Optimus scales above Demolishor’s calc, which can be rounded up to 13 kilotons.

Optimus isn’t thirteen times stronger than Starscream. Starscream could damage and tank attacks from him during the forest fight. The gap between them isn’t that big. That’s why it’d be an outlier.
 
Why not just upscale everyone to demolishor and optimus? and the ones don't scale to them should be justified by their own calcs

Or eyes are vulnerable like when Barricade who is 8-B got shot in the eye by a sniper and was blinded there

You can’t do that though. If the majority of calcs/scaling for characters around that level is 8-A to baseline Low 7-C, a calc that’s over two times baseline 7-C is definitely an outlier.

Let me just list everyone that scales to Optimus to properly display this.

1. Starscream - Can harm Optimus and survive attacks from him. He’ll be baseline Low 7-C via upscaling from Brawl’s 8-A+ calc.

2. Bumblebee - Could hold his own against Nemesis Prime, albeit at a disadvantage. He’s ‘At least 8-A+‘ for killing Brawl after several attacks.

3. Blackout - Was totally confident in helping Megatron fight Prime. His calc is 8-A.

4. Grindor - Could harm Optimus, his severed arm could redirect Megatron’s shot, and he survived attacks from Optimus (prior to the hooks to the face). His calc is 8-A.

Do you see the issue here? Everyone that scales to Optimus (and I was only listing those that directly scale, I could’ve listed people that scale to them too) is so far beneath Demolishor’s calc, you can’t Just upscale them all to that. It’s an outlier.

How is this meant to be an argument against Demolishor’s calc being an outlier? Do you think Sam should be 8-A or something? Also he did die. He literally died and had to be resurrected by the Thirteen Primes.

just noting the weird logic of the movies like how in DOTM when people were shot they became skeletons but when sam got killed no real injury occured.
 
TLK Megatron should Somewhat Upscale from TLK Optimus since he physically overpowered him while fighting off several other people and when he got his arm cut off by Prime he immediately like ******* Choke Slammed him to the ground.
 
They don't really get injured by bullets, it only really annoys them, bullets only work on weak spots such as eyes

Didn’t Optimus then proceed to force Megatron off of him and kick him out of Quintessa’s ship?

Also it’d still be Low 7-C (assuming the new calcs are accepted), even if Megatron did upscale.
 
Demolisher can work and it's not like The Transformers Guns don't Upscale from their Physical Attacks. We literally see Optimus and Megatron's Guns blast them really far away and do more damage then their melee attacks in the same movie Demolisher died in and onwards, so Demolisher getting hurt by Optimus and Ironhide doesn't make it that much of an Outlier. At least IMO.

You do realize that by this logic, Optimus’ gun would be THIRTEEN times stronger than him. And considering how Megatron in movie 1 tanked a shot from Optimus, and Optimus tanked a shot from Megatron without dying immediately, it’s pretty blatant that their weapons are not that much stronger then them.
 
If a 9-B gun can blind a 8-B character, Im sure an 8-A character can kill a 7-C one by shooting them in a weakspot confirmed by many feats. IMO

I hope you realize that if we consider eyes the weak spot, they aren’t going to be scaling to 7-C for shooting Demolishor’s.
 
Demolishor wasn't even killd by getting shot in the eye, he got shot through the face. Also, is optimus and megs going to be placed at baseline Low 7-C?

I guess technically this also means that Create-A-Bot would upscale from Movie 1 Megatron and Optimus since since he didn't get almost One-Shot by Allspark Amped Starscream like Megatron did right after killing Optimus.
 
I do think we should probably make a Key for Starscream's DS Game Appearance after gaining the Allspark. It buffed his Power and allowed him to make drones to distract you so he could escape.

There's also the Player Character from the Revenge of The Fallen DS Games that basically stomped the shit out of all the important characters depending on which version of the game you have. The Autobot one straight up 1v1s and kills Megatron while the Decepticon one does the same to Optimus who is superior to Megatron in RoTF.
