It's not a stomp, at least not in AP, both have Low 2-C keys and Touma should be able to pass through magic shields and damage her, in theory at least.

Doesn't Imagine Breaker also cancel some passive powers like that? I think Touma wins via bypassing barriers especially since Zatanna's physical durability at this tier is questionable.
