Touhou: Epic Downgrades

Alright, it's a downgrade, but not what you think.

Basically, all Touhou 5-Cs are based on Meiling being stated to have enough power to disintergrate the surface of the planet.

However, the scan says that it'll disintegrate the lands on the surface, which is a bit... different.

The calc assumes that it means vaporizing the surface, when disintegrate from its own does not really mean that, and your normal surface bust already does reduce the planet surface to a wasteland.

What do I mean here?

Downgrade Meiling and all the others who scale from her to just High 6-A based on the average surface destruction.

Jokes aside, I talked about this with you in DMs, so I'm alright with the downgrades. However, given how casual the feat is and how it was done with only a fraction of Meiling's power (which she then matched/overpowered in a weakened state), I think the rating should be an "at least High 6-A", rather than just high 6-A.

That was calculated at High 6A later on and was accepted as such for the “ disintegrate the surface” part.

Meiling is already "At least" tho. The revision will literally only change "5-C" with "High 6-A" in the ratings and nothing else.

Yeah, that is true since there was a statement that also mentioned incineration for Boro’s case.
