Ice Giant would barely get into 9-B with his size. Unfortunately, he's big but not really big.
As of current, the highest I see the verse getting to would be 8-C. This is via Mjolnir's crater (It also seemingly destroyed a small fortress where it landed), multiple characters use lightning which can seemingly be valid (Including Thor himself), and I believe there's some 9-A calcs possible too.

We probably can find the model by comparing to real tanks or using the cloths of the soldiers on top of it to determine the era that this tank was made
