You never said which keys are fighting but if its their strongest versions then Toshiro stomps, even his physical stats are way superior, so his hax on top of that is a stomp. While it wasn't fully shown, an exhausted and damn near ready to collapse Adult Toshiro who couldn't initially stand without Byakua's help was (offscreen) relative to an uninjured Byakuya when they 2 v 1'd Final Form Gerard.

Kid Toshiro vs Byakuya is more fair than Byakuya vs Adult Toshiro since Kid Toshiro has scaling to God Size Gerard and Shikai Kenny, Byakuya actually has arguments for winning
