First off, prop this is an interesting match up. Second, I'd vote for Toriko based on the simple fact that he has more experience and an even greater arsenal. From conduct of the king, his Enbu boosts and impressive generation. Toriko can start this battle from range and weaken Akira and the compounding nature of his Kugi attacks means he can chain multiple and wound Akira heavily.
