@cross agreed the story has been moving amazingly, no doubt about it theirs going to be a space arc. Starjuns death hit me right in the feels ;-;,

Hopefully the other 3 kings get their own taste in the action against acacia, lol probably not. Hmmmm but now that's got me thinking, if acacias full course unlocked only one demon. I can't even imagine what it requires too unlock the two other demons.
 
Also cross, would it be alright to add torikos age too 500 years, like we write Age: 24 physically(actually 524 years old).
 
It's so sad that Starjun didn't get to tell him sooner. T-T

The thing i kind of don't like is that i actually kind of would have liked if Toriko and Starjun were like Midora's sons. Toriko does have 3 scars like the former. But i guess it wouldn't make sense in a way cause Starjun would have likely called Midora as "father" or something at some points. Meh, it's alright. I'll get over that and accept this.

Powers-wise, i like that we're getting somewhere with Toriko and such. Kind of sad that the other 3 kings didn't get their shot but i mean if they couldn't handle Joa, then i'm pretty sure they wouldn't have a shot against Acacia now. xD But aside that, i'm definitely liking the hax of Acacia's. So it's like he can negate regen of others even if they had ways of regenerating. Very nice, very nice~

Edit: @Grudge: I guess... I mean it's shown that Froshe had put both Toriok and Starjun in some kind of statis thing for that long.....very long trip. IDK what to put it as tho. Something like physically 24 (chronologically 524) would work?

Also, i think it's best for us to possibly unlock Toriko's page. I forgot why it was locked in the first (*coughs* possibly due to vandilism *coughs*) but it's likely died down so...
 
Aite. Hmm.....you know with all this talk of the manga, does anybody feel of wanting to talk about other things regarding it? Like maybe....the early chapters of the manga? Any good moments of the past of it? Good and bad moments(?)? Anything?

I haven't seen much threads of other series talk about it. Well there's that of Dragon Ball but still...

Can someone add to acacia that his regen-negation can work on a atomic lvl since Minority World didnt have effect?.

Also, talkinh about the past, one of my favourite scenes is when Toriko and Komatsu met Starjun face to face for the first time and Star told him something like "it took you 1 second to get ready, I could have killed you 100 times". And the surprise apples!!! Those 80 CL farts tho. And the Dondurian fruit, the clash vs Tommyrod (both Sunny and Toriko's), the game vs Livebearer, that was pretty cool.

Also about Acacias:Neo anti regen ability, we should specify it only works when he bites or eats someone, seeing as that's what made them not regen due to the mysterious nature of NEOs appetite. They've healed from his other attacks, but him biting someone appetantly does more permanent damage.

NEO's appetite sure is haxed: stops resurrection, Regenerationn, can absorbe attacks and some nullifying hax (drinking the gastric acids). By the way, probably Acacia can make more than one month out of one second.

Speaking of the past: which has been your favourite arc so far? Mine was the Cooking Festival Arc. It had so many cool battles and so many characters... and it was hilarious seeing Brach beat the others while carrying Komatsu. Also it was one of the best moments for komatsu imo.

Edit: yeah, it looks good. Also, anyone noticed the relation between Star's special food and the fact that it was his mother's originally? It's touching imo.
 
He is pretty haxed, yes. Combine with having some decent speed and possibly evening more higher to the point of maybe getting a High 5-A tier (please GOD), he's not to mess with in a fight.

The time hax compression thing? Hmmm...

One of my fave parts was about the time of Toriko and Komatsu meeting up with that old gourmet hunter with that one chicken and all. Pretty touching story part IMHO.
 
I gotta say, starjuns death and torikos talk with his food demon was way more touching and sad than Ichiryuu in my opinion. It's almost as sad as ace death.

And my god acacia, you assssssssssssssssssss, i've haven't seen a villain so full of betrayal and trechery in a long time.

He's a player with froese, a manipulater, a cold blooded killer even towards his adopted family, and getting over powered each chapter

i dont think we should expect to much, neither toriko or red demon had been on acacias or neos lvl, so even a combination of the two of them wont reach acacia, i would say his current powerlvl is around 9000 or so, 3000 for him and 5000 for his red demon, and the blue demon is mostlikely aroud 10000 than even her combined toriko would still "only" be at 19000,

i cant wait to finally get a space arc >_>

PS: nobody answered: what do we do with the new feat of gourmet luck?
 
I am now debating if gourmet luck is a sub-physical being like a stand for normal people, but Starjun's love for toriko was able to be seen by using his very last energy and give it to protect toriko.

Also, sin, you are forgetting that red was never super powerful since he never had his entire energy released (thus why toriko needed to eat every single meal to unlock him), so his should be near GOD's power level for finishing it, toriko somewhere ner it, and then combining it would be something near God's level as well. Then blue is still not unlocked, but he dwarfs red's power, and white trumps the both of those, making it pretty interesting to see how it will go down.
 
^i think the ghost-like beings are simly another way of using gourmet luck (and thinking about it: komatsu was repeatedly stated to have insane amounts of it, could he maybe become a key to defeat acacia in a final battle after a long and awesome space arc?) :/

this is what i said too, toriko+red are close to GODs lvl, (i guess around 9000, which will make toriko easily stronger than any of the 8 kings), and blue alone is around 10000, or maybe stronger, we will need to see if a space arc will increase acacias powerlvl, if that is the case blue could be a lot stronger than red, mabe even 20k on her/his own :D (and grey/white could be at 50k or so >_<)
 
Well, people, you are trying to use Capture levels as a reliable way to meassure their powers, when they are not even linear (if you thought bambina was only twice as strong as other monkeys because iirc there were some in the 3000s, im pretty sure you are wrong). So stick with what Midora said and don't give a **** about powerlevels. That is also why I'd like to remove the part in Acacia's profile that mentions him as 5 times the Eight Kings, I dont think it's accurate. Toriko prior to eating his demon should be stronger than GOD since I doubt that the frog could take a barrage from Ssj4 Acacia (since NEO himself oneshotted the 8 Kings and this acacia is much stronger than him).
 
I was already thinking that, but some vary in a sense, it has some reasoning behind it. Many vary, but yeah, capture levels don't really matter. Puffer fish are rated 27 alive, otherwise less than 1. However, the range of capture levels in power do provide convience in how potent one might be. For instance, 350 allows us to gauge that it is country. I agree with PaChi, this is similar to DBZ and makes it somewhat convient, what do you guys think?
 
Acacia's speed is pretty crazy. Biting and knocking Midora simultaneously before he even noticed. On top of that, it actually held Midora in place. It makes it even more impressive since Midora has three of the most broken abilities in the entire series. I can't see Red-Toriko stopping Acacia. He'll probably put up a good fight before Acacia begins to take control of the fight. It's probably going to take eating Red and Blue to bring out Wings.
 
Yeah that was a good combo too. Like just one bite + plus knocking with it would screw anyone even like Midora. And it doesn't help that his bites cause anti regen on an atomic level too. xD
 
^Yep. Looks like what they said about Neo is true. Being eaten not only stops you from being able to reincarnate, but also prevents even the highest levels of regen. Acacia must be Kirby's distant cousin with all the eating he can do. Thing is, although Acacia is trying to kill them, I feel like he's not using very much of his strength. Neo literally had zero trouble one shotting the Eight Kings who are individual planet busters. Acacia without a doubt has power beyond all the Eight Kings and now, exceeds GOD in strength.
 
It's really terrifying when you think about it too like that, yeah. And Acacia not using his full power....holy hell, another upgrade we may have here. xD

I support it, and i know all of us here would for it. :P

i only used the powerlvls as comparison, i also think that they are loosely showing ones power at best but we dont have anymore more to easily show their abilitys :/

PS: from what the hype is concerned: the demons of the other 3 kings got actually hyped more than red demon, i would even say sunny, coco and zebras demons are on blue demon lvl :/

but i agree, we can take the powerlvl things out of the profile :)

PSS: what do we do for the knocking feat? acacia basically stopped a attack that seemed to be cell-lvl in destructive potency, was this mentioned in acacias profile?

What do you mean happen, cross? He should have knocking since he mentioned in the fight with Jirou that he taught him knocking as well as using damage knocking:unlock.
 
The one recent knocking feat? And one where he not only put Midora in place with it w/o him even noticing but also negate his regen as well?

i think it could cause people who dont read toriko to misjudge their strength by comparson powerlvls, maybe we could add a note that powerlvls dont really show absolute overall power :)

maybe that feat counts as "cellular-destruction nullification"? afterall the method of which the body is destroyed on cell-lvl ´doesnt matter, only that it can be stopped by acacia ^_^

but if im honest, can joies injury be said to be molecular/atomic lvl?

because midora deserves a mention that he can destroy beings to that lvl in close proximity with gourmet luck and depending on the destruction lvl we could give acacia atomic-destruction-nullification :)
 
^Greatsin Acacia already has it since Minority world couldnt heal Midors and as you know MW works on atomic level ;) Btw, shapeshifting could be added, hell, he can change appearence so fast its scary. And imo he should be on par or greater than jirou in the knocking department for Knocking Pair (likely the strongest Blue Nitro) and Midora without them noticing, and being able to stop Gourmet Luck on Joie by using it. Not forgetting he could undo the million knocking casually and Jirou had to exert himself to get rid of his knocking.


Btw, what do you guys think is the mechanism of GL "disintegration" technique? since its probability manipulation, what would it be, reducing the probability of the enemy surviving?
 
I'd definitely support an upgrade, lol. Also, did anybody notice how quick Acacia returned after getting punched across the planet by Midora? Crossing a Neptune sized planet in the time it took Toriko to form like two sentences.

That makes Bambina's speed look like a joke. Hell, nothing but Hungry Space has even did anything to Acacia. Toriko's knife sliced off a chunk of the planet and didn't even scratch Acacia. It's crazy.

Edit: I've been thinking. Shouldn't the abilities Neo's displayed be classified as Acacia's? As far as we're aware, Neo no longer exists. Everything Neo had, is now Acacia's own power. There's no Appetite Demon inside of Acacia. It's all his own strength. So, shouldn't it be noted that Neo's ability to consume is now Acacia's along with it's other abilities?

Also (this is moreso directed at Cross), could it be possible for us to kind of spruce Acacia's page up? Like have pictures for his attacks and stuff like that. I could provide the pictures if you'd like to add them. I could also likely post a color picture of current Acacia.

Now that Toriko has eaten GOD, we are very close to the finale I guess? I want to see the manga end with a band, like some starbusting feats. The Toriko planet has endured a lot of abuse anyway
 
^i dont think that we are even close to the end, joe isnt dead and acacia is the strongest being ever, midora and toriko seem to be able to hold their own but in fact they didnt injure acacia in any unrecoverable way,,,

plus, we still need to know what the final meal is and this "farthest land", i would think that a space arc will definively happen, at least i hope it does, and the powerlvls should reach solar system or galaxy lvls, imagine acacia bitchslapping a galaxy XD

PS: this is a serious question: should we create a profile for torikos planet? it is one hell of a best for surviving all the attacks of toriko, midora, acacia and co :/
 
^ Picture Acacia devouring entire worlds, stars, and galaxies throughout the entire universe. Then, Acacia takes in his secret "Full Course" and evolves into the giant demon we saw in the prophecy. That'd be pretty epic.
 
^yeah, i hope that happens, i want Toriko-manga to be become legendary to the point where people take them as definiton for "power up storys" :D

@Frostmoon: Well that one we don't know how fast it truly was, so the "At least FTL" rating could cover that. We can list the moves that Neo had as Acacia's, of course. Meh, i think the manga one is okay. That and Antvasima may prefer the manga one over that, who knows....

@GSin: Don't think we're allowed to make profiles of planets. Otherwise we'd probably do that for other verses like Dragon Ball or something...
