Admittedly, I don’t know anything about Sunset Overdrive. Just wanted an excuse to use my boy Horace

Who… doesn’t really have any complicated fighting skills. His main method of attack is jumping on enemies. He also has a passive vaccuum that sucks up “trash” as big as rocket segments

He also has the ability to reduce people to skeletons by shocking them, though he’s really opposed to using it intentionally
