Prophet (Crysis) for 9-A. He resists a lot of hax, such as Mind Control. He has hax of his own too, such as absorption which makes him stronger overtime.

But what makes him so powerful, is his durability..Holy shit. He has Country level durability.

Edit: Lol, Isaac can ignore durability. So i'm not sure if Prophet will make this list.

Hatou Manabu can get the first 9-B spot like this. I made a battle against the Imp of D&D ages ago, though that never reached 7 votes. Not sure if there is any other 9-B D&D that is worth a match against Hatou.
