So, because I'm pissed off by all the typos in the other Non-Smurf Strongest thread (Seriously, just spell "dimensional" right) and the whole dimensional travel thing is stupid, here you go.

If you know people with dimensional travel who were previously removed from the list, tell me so I can add 'em back.

Basically only characters who don't have higher-dimensional abilities or stats then their dimensional level (I.E. a 10-D character can't have 11-D hax, for example). Even if said stuff is practically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimensional being and resistances. Only the base stats are considered (I.E. if a character has a High 3-A technique but is only 9-A by itself, then the character will only count for 9-A and not for High 3-A).

Range and dimensional travel is totally fine, though.

All battles are to take place by SBA and if any alterations are needed, it should be noted on the thread and when submitted here. I need proof of match unless the result is super obvious, since chances are I don't know 97% of these characters.

The joke is that the other thread is stupid, especially in regards to range. Because apparently Liliana is a smurf now but Limbo isn't, or some shit.
 
I have long since abandoned the ways of Wiki's strongest, except on FC/OC

where it's absolutely a worse idea but I at least have fun reveling in the mud and telling people they're being dumb

Doesn't Taylor get blitz/have some blatantly smurfy abilities, though?
 
The strongest threads assumed speed equal, and she can just not have Flechette, March, or Ashley Stillons II and 3. Her personal mind control isn't smurfy yet, just an absurdly high number. Until I propose 4D shards post forum thread, she doesn't qualify when she doesn't have those 3.
 
Well, for the time being, I'll place her on 9-C.
 
In my opinion Negi and second Christ should not be on High 7A, as their mind resistance is not high enough to deal with Edelweiss's fear.

The main matter is that I don't know, and just about literally every single time Rakudai comes up with Desperado, I swear to god it's treated completely differently.

Seriously, I barely understand what you guys have actually agreed upon anymore.

It would scale defensively the same way as Saten's Sixth Wave since that is just a fragment of his power.

Shield of Aegis can nullify the effect of powers in Needless and the Second Christ has Angel Tier Powers which tend to give a no-sell to any powers from 'humans' or human in nature by default.

Other than that his entire skillset activates passively his most adequate powers as an answer to incoming threats.

If you mean number of people mind-haxxed at once, he doesn't have much going for him there, though. I think most people simultaneously controlled I've seen in Needless is 10. And the time Blade resisted the Triple Six committee member trying to mess with his mind it was weird in that it blended with reality and warped space as a result so he was thrown back into the past and people around him as well instead of being haxxed.

These are the events related to it. I could get the scans for Saten's Sixth wave if needed but that's also One target specific rather than a bunch of people.

It still gives me conniptions that Ainz is most definitely top of 8-C (because he is) but it's not a Range issue so I'll add him.
 
These are the scans on the Sixth wave and how it works .

The mind resistance should be on the same level as this whatnot since the Second Christ can specifically throw his own hax as answer to something trying to nuke him.

Ainz has his spells at 8-C? i thought that was his tier going purely by his physicals + passive death aura.
