Top 5 Weakest Characters for Every Tier: Weaker Than Ever

Nega mageko should be there like its even less powerful than gamera
Gamera less powerful than sonic
Sonic speed blitzes
Sonic & DB toei characters Shouldn't even be here

Nega-Mogeko is from the DSP verse.
Gamera scales to starry sky AP while the weakest Sonic 4-As are only around 10 times baseline and haxless.
I was working under the assumption that, like the other Top 5 lists, speed is assumed equal by default.
 
Also Mecha Sonic may become 5B mid fight if he did not charge from the Master Emreled quickly that fact with his low AP and lacking usefull hax should easily make him one of the weakest 4As

Oh sorry Speed is equal, but isnt speed unequal here?! I thought speed is unequal
 
Take SCP-2634 off Low 1-C, as a 6-D entity in a tier that's 99% 5-D with no range to affect it, it shouldn't be there.

for weakest Low 1-C
she dosent seem to very haxed but she does have immesurable speed also in her weakness section its says The Power of the Vortex was going to burn her mind after a few minutes had passed so she might not last that long in a fight even with Irrelevant stamina
 

Hulk (Mangaverse)​

for weakest Low 5-B

he his only 28x above baseline small planet level
not very haxed
below average intelligence
Supersonic+ speed

only has resistance to cold

Hajime Nagumo​

for weakest 10-A

I belive it goes like this

10-A:

1. Hajime Nagumo

2. Light Yagami without Death Note (assuming he is smarter than Hajime could probably beat him)

3. Chloe Price (Cyborgization (Most of Chloe's vital organs are artificially supported) and Resistance to Pain Manipulation (As Chloe is paralysed, she should have no capacity to feel pain)

4. Kirito (superhuman reactions, enhanced senses, analytical prediction.)

5.Tenchi Masaki ( Martial Arts, Weapon Mastery, and Subsonic Speed.)
 
Why HS dudes are below Warhammers? Lord English won against the Gods when he was still considered a baseline 1-A.

For weakest high 8-C she's only High 8-C with her equipment and her equipment sometimes malfunction
She has supersonic reactions, Unknown striking strength, and unknown lifting strength.

The Heart of Gold​

for 3rd or second weakest Low 1-C, only 5 Dimensional unknown speed but can be omnipresent with the improbability drive active however the effects of the improbability drive is not controlled by The Heart of Gold (Eddie)
 
The Toei dragon ball characters should be in 3st weakest 4-A instead of the Samurai Jack characters,as the samurai jack characters actually have some haxes
