Top 5 Weakest Characters for Every Tier: Weaker Than Ever

Gamera should be 4th weakest 4-A instead of 5th as he is FAR slower than Ribbon and his "hax" is less better so yeah
 
When she hurt guys like void termina. And pre star allies kirby characters scale to like 16 starry skies I think. She also potentially blitzes a portion of the list.
 
Why is Ribbon one of the weakest 4A? Did anyone check her profile she have a 4A durability, and pretty hight into 4A like all of the post star allies kirby characters. Ribbon actually can desroy easily over half of her verse

You act like that every 4A have time stop and EE lol. And time stop is useless if your enemy hunderns time stronger. And again there are many Kirby characters Ribbon will be able to stomp. having one of the strongest 4A in term of AP as one of the weakest make no sense.

Having 4-A durability is literally the same thing with all of the other characters for the 4-A part,she deserves the spot for not very good hax. It at least should put "Speed Equalized"

Also im not saying that EVERY 4-A has time stop and EE,im saying that characters with far superior hax would Win. Also not resisting abilites such as plot manip or time stop and having not very good haxes makes the character kinda weak in the tier (specially since she has almost no hax,only AP and durability)

Also yeah,i changed my mind she doens't deserve the spot. As there are far more characters with worse hax and less powerful AP or durability
 
My justifications for 4-A rankings as they stand so far:

2. World Razer is only 8x baseline and haxless.
2. (Speed Unequal) The Console scales to starry sky AP and has good hax but it only has Supersonic speed.
3. The Samurai Jack characters scale to Cronus consuming numerous stars and the weakest only have transmutation as their best hax.
4. The weakest Sonic 4-As scale to the Final Egg Blaster and are 26 times baseline for destroying a star cluster and have certain useful abilities.
5. The Dragon Ball characters are generally haxless but scale to Broly destroying huge swaths of a galaxy.
