He does, but it's like 3 layers or so. I'm not sure how much Bleach has at that stage.
The Ji Ning in that match is Zifu stage. The new key has thousand km range, Class T LS, even longer oneshot scaling, flight, Type 2 conceptual manip, can erase himself from memory etc.

The one version that is fighting Naruto is Zifu disciple. The version we are using for this list is Wanxiang, which is much, much more power than his Zifu one.

Honestly me too, he has a oneshot chain like 7-8 people long. But the rules be rules. We'll just have to settle with him out APing every High 6-C via scaling sniff sniff.

IET wasn't that good with his difference in power in lower keys in Stellar Transformation and Desolate Era as he's now - but I guess as he writes he improves. Saying this cause Qin Yu from ST also suffers from such a big scaling (like 4 entire realms being just the same tier cause no clear feat).

To note currently there is a match between Gabriel from Index and Zero One for High 6-C since DT was sure that Gabriel can beat him and Asta, so before put Ji in higher spots is probably good to wait for that match to end.
Though I'm also interesed in the layers of Bleach, also in the layers of the Low 6-B, 6-B and High 6-B since in a future the people with souls in Arifureta will face them, the ones without soul beat them regardless but probably will be needed a match with the others.

Just read the profile and read the match, and yeah, I don't honestly see anything that impressive.
Only noteworthy thing is that she apparently has really high AP, can bfr the ******* earth, and... That's it. I guess she can also nullify sixth senses or smth, but ain't really useful against Ning at all.

2/3 Layers and about 100+ in numbers for the High 6-C Bleach Characters from what i know.
He probably beats them if his layers/numbers are high enough since they don't really have anything outside of Reiatsu Crush.

No, we still do but one has to prove that an increase in numbers means an increase in potency. As far as I'm aware, that hasn't been proven yet for Bleach so it becomes a layer comparison. Ji Ning has 3 layers and can regenerate from soul damage and amp his resistance with Nuwa Painting so he takes this. It there's no contention, I'll make the change.
